Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Use AI platforms to generate innovative design concepts and visual narratives
Create detailed drawings, elevations, and floor plans in AutoCAD
Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials aligned with brand and budget
Develop Room Mix strategies and FF&E Matrices for design consistency
Analyze FF&E specs for pricing readiness and procurement accuracy
Review shop drawings, samples, and prototypes for design compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and global manufacturers to resolve design issues
Generate renderings and design prompts using ChatGPT and related tools

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors in Interior Design, Architecture, or Industrial Design
3+ years in hospitality, residential, or commercial interior design
Strong FF&E design and specification experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Google Drive, MS Office
Familiarity with AI design platforms and generative tools is a plus
Strong space planning, materiality, and technical drawing skills
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
