Interior Designer or Architech

Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Mid-Level Architect & Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution. You will be responsible for developing innovative architectural and interior solutions, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for architectural and interior design projects (residential, commercial, hospitality).
• Prepare concept designs, presentations, mood boards, 3D visuals, and working drawings.
• Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Review and manage construction drawings, details, and site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority approvals.
• Work collaboratively with the design team while managing junior staff when required.
• Stay up-to-date with global design trends, materials, and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max (or Rhino), V-Ray/Corona, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, space planning, and joinery design.
• Experience in producing full sets of tender/construction documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
