Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process for architectural and interior design projects (residential, commercial, hospitality). Prepare concept designs, presentations, mood boards, 3D visuals, and working drawings . Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate design implementation. Review and manage construction drawings, details, and site coordination . Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority approvals . Work collaboratively with the design team while managing junior staff when required. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software, with a strong understanding of joinery, ceiling layouts, partitions, wall finishes, flooring, and furniture detailing. Key Responsibilities: Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software based on sketches, specifications, and engineering data. Assist in the development of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other team members to clarify design details and resolve conflicts. Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and documentation. Support the team in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material schedules, if required. Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.
