Job Description

Role Overview: As an Interior Designer at NoBroker, you will be responsible for space planning, architecture, creating construction drawings, and interior design. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and overseeing the implementation of designs. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments and service providers to ensure project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Be an exceptional designer with strong conceptual skills. - Manage and develop projects from concept stages through to final installation. - Work closely with Design Lead, Installation partners, Project Managers, and suppliers to deliver the best interior design experience to NoBroker customers. - Develop design concepts, select FF&E, and oversee design implementation. - Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and validate briefs. - Ensure projects are developed and coordinated from concept to installation stages. Qualifications Required: - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Minimum 1+ years of experience in residential interior design. - Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles. - Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality. - Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, V-ray, etc. - Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.,
