🪑 Job Title: Interior Designer 🏢 Company: Nimit Associates 📍 Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India 👤 Eligibility Criteria: 👩‍🎨 Gender: Both Male & Female 🎂 Age Limit: 30 – 50 years 🎓 Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or related field 💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 🏠 Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces. ✏️ Create 2D/3D layouts, sketches, and material boards using design software. 🎨 Select appropriate furnishings, materials, lighting, and color schemes as per client requirements. 🧾 Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates. 👷‍♀️ Supervise on-site execution to ensure design accuracy and timely project completion. 💬 Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and contractors for seamless project delivery. 🧠 Stay updated with current design trends and sustainable materials. 🧩 Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design tools. Strong sense of creativity, detail orientation, and space planning. Good communication and client-handling skills.
