Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and develop design concepts accordingly.
Create 2D layouts, 3D renders, and mood boards to present design ideas.
Suggest color schemes, materials, finishes, and furnishings as per project requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure design execution as planned.
Prepare and manage project documentation, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
Visit sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to align designs with available products and brand standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
2–3 years of professional experience in residential or commercial interior design.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar tools.
Strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and spatial planning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
