Role & responsibilities Oversee and manage plant-level accounting functions, including costing analysis on a fortnightly/monthly basis . Prepare and review MIS reports (monthly and quarterly) for performance monitoring and decision-making. Ensure timely finalization of accounts , including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss analysis . Maintain strong General Ledger (GL) control in SAP , ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Key Capabilities and Competencies: Demonstrated success in project/institutional sales within the building materials industry (tiles experience preferred). Proven experience in sales funnel management, lead nurturing, and long-cycle B2B sales conversions. In-depth understanding of West Bengals real estate ecosystem, supported by a robust database of top builders, architects, interior designers, consultants, and other key industry stakeholders.
