Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design, plan, and execute interiors for our diagnostic centers, offices, and laboratories. The role involves creating functional, patient-friendly, and aesthetically appealing spaces while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, safety norms, and organizational brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design interior layouts for diagnostic centers, laboratories, waiting areas, and offices in line with healthcare and safety requirements.

Prepare space planning, 2D/3D layouts, and design concepts to optimize workflow and patient comfort.

Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and color schemes that align with the company's brand identity and healthcare standards.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors for execution of interior works.

Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL and other healthcare facility design guidelines.

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines; monitor project progress and control expenses.

Inspect sites during project execution to ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards.

Collaborate with biomedical and maintenance teams to integrate medical equipment layouts into the interior design.

Recommend innovative design solutions to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

Maintain documentation, drawings, and records of completed projects for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in interior designing, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or diagnostic centers.

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.).

Strong knowledge of space planning, lighting, ventilation, and material selection.

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in designing patient-centric healthcare facilities.

Knowledge of healthcare-specific safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.

Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.

Creativity with attention to detail and practicality.
