About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Undertake design projects from concept to completion. 2. Define project requirements and schedule during the briefing stage. 3. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans. 4. Set costs and project fees according to the budget. 5. Research and decide on materials and product sourcing. 6. Produce samples and mood products. 7. Supervise work progress and ensure timely delivery. 8. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors. 9. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions. 2. Expertise in layout design, color selection, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations. 3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs. 4. Excellent portfolio of previous works showcasing design expertise. 5. Strong creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design. 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 7. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. 8. BS degree in Interior Design or a similar field.
