Interior Designer Intern

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer Intern to support the design team in developing and executing interior design projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to live projects and an opportunity to learn industry practices under experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations
• Support space planning, furniture layouts, and material selection
• Prepare mood boards, drawings, and basic 3D visuals
• Help with design documentation and client presentation materials
• Conduct material and vendor research
• Assist senior designers during site visits and project coordination
• Maintain project files and design references

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design or a related field
• Basic understanding of interior design principles and materials
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
• Good visual sense and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take feedback

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape
• Familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator
