Position: Interior Designer (Full-Time, Onsite)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer who can contribute to innovative design concepts, client interactions, and project execution. You will work closely with the design, project, and operations teams to bring client vision to reality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Concept Development

Create interior design concepts for residential projects including living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, wardrobes, and full-home interiors.

Develop mood boards, design themes, and color palettes as per client preferences.

Prepare 2D & 3D designs, layout plans, space planning, and detailed drawings.

2. Client Interaction

Understand client requirements and convert them into practical, aesthetic design solutions.

Present design ideas and revisions as per client feedback.

Coordinate with clients during design and execution phases.

3. Technical Drawings & BOQ

Prepare detailed working drawings such as electrical plans, false ceiling plans, furniture layouts, modular kitchen designs, etc.

Create BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials, samples, and finishes.

4. Site Coordination

Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed as per plan.

Work with project managers, carpenters, electricians, and installers to verify quality and progress.

Resolve design-related issues at the site.

5. Project Execution Support

Review and approve samples, finishes, laminates, tiles, lighting, and furniture selections.

Ensure timely design delivery and support project execution teams.

Maintain documentation, revisions, and project files.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or other 3D visualization tools

Good understanding of materials, textures, modular furniture, lighting & space planning

Ability to create detailed working drawings

Creative thinking with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients & vendors

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of current interior trends and market materials

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture

1 to 4 years of work experience in residential interior design

Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects (mandatory)

Working Hours

Full-time, Work from Office

Monday to Saturday (as per company schedule)
