Interior Designer

• Students currently pursuing Interior Design
• Self-taught designers with proven practical experience

oversee the execution and ensure alignment with the clients vision

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil, electrical, lighting, and plumbing works on-site
• Ensure technical drawings are accurately interpreted and implemented
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers to meet project timelines
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards
• Provide clear documentation and progress reports to the homeowner
• Suggest practical solutions to on-site challenges while maintaining design integrity
• Assist in material selection, sourcing, and vendor negotiations
• Ensure proper installation of fixtures, fittings, and finishes as per specifications

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• Software:

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender (preferred), 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion (for visualization), Photoshop/InDesign (for presentations)
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts, and working details
• Familiarity with material finishes, furniture design, and lighting solutions
• Ability to read and interpret architectural & technical drawings
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills for managing workers and reporting to clients
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
