Interior Designer - Furniture Manufacturing

Job Description: As an Interior Designer in the Furniture Manufacturing industry at Zen Furniture, you will play a crucial role in delivering customized furniture solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site measurements, creating layout drawings, and collaborating closely with clients to meet their needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Assist new clients in initiating their projects. - Clearly communicate the design process to clients. - Participate in the initial site meeting with the team. - Visit client locations to take accurate measurements for commercial spaces. - Generate precise layout drawings tailored to site and client requirements. - Engage professionally with clients to comprehend their needs, present layouts, and obtain approval. - Develop custom layouts and provide detailed quotes within the client's budget. - Interpret architectural drawings to align furniture layout with civil, electrical, and other plans. - Propose design modifications based on site conditions and client preferences. - Attend site meetings to evaluate design functionality and resolve layout issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Architecture (B. Arch) or Master's in Interior Design (M. Des) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial interior design. - Profound understanding of interior design principles, commercial standards, and ergonomic design. - Ability to differentiate between effective and ineffective design in terms of functionality and aesthetics. - Proficiency in creating precise technical drawings using CAD software and 3D rendering. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is advantageous.,
