Interior Designer Cum Project Manager

As an experienced Architect specializing in office fit-outs and commercial interiors, you will be responsible for the end-to-end interior design and project management of corporate office projects across India. Your key role will involve developing concept designs aligned with client requirements, utilizing sketches, reference images, and 3D models such as SketchUp. Ensuring design compliance with building codes and municipal norms will be crucial, along with material selection, mood board preparation, and specification development. Your expertise will be essential in preparing BOQ, working drawings, and detailed construction documents based on site surveys and finishes. You will be required to create and manage project schedules, coordinate with vendors, conduct regular site visits, and monitor on-site work to ensure quality, cost, and time compliance. Performing quality checks, preparing snag lists, and overseeing project completion before handover will be part of your responsibilities. Validating site measurements, assisting in bill finalization, and ensuring proper handover documentation including as-built drawings, warranty cards, and AMC agreements will be vital. Additionally, you will provide post-handover support for maintenance and vendor coordination. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in office fit-outs and commercial interiors, along with a proven track record as an Architect. A strong portfolio showcasing your artistic skills, expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules and regulations will be required. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar tools is essential. Strong imagination, excellent drawing skills, visual awareness, attention to detail, and effective communication and project management skills are also essential attributes for this position.,
