Job Description

Will be working on both residential & corporate interior projects Managing the project in all the stages Concept, Presentation, Design Development, Co-ordination & Execution Preparation of BOQs & Estimates Preparation of working / detailed drawings Preparing layout with understanding of all services and technicalities Attending client meetings, taking briefs/inputs from clients for designing and giving presentations Thorough Market knowledge and analysis on various products and offerings Independent on site co-ordination & supervision Coordinating with Clients, Consultants, Contractors & Vendors Coordination with site supervisor for snags Should be well versed in all the relevant latest versions of Softwares Desired Candidate Profile: B. Arch. / Diploma in Interior Designing with 3 - 6 yrs of experience in both Commercial & Residential Interior Projects Should be well versed in all the relevant latest versions of Softwares Good understanding of costing/estimation and materials Should be capable of multi-tasking and willing to take responsibilities Good team player with right sense of commitment & dedication Fluency in English and Marathi with excellent written and oral communication skills is a must Interested candidates mail your resume to, niranjan@axiidesigns.com sachin@axiidesigns.com
