We are currently seeking an Interior Designer-Architect to join our client's team in Chennai. **Job Responsibilities:** - Understand customer requirements and prepare the designs in line with customer needs. - Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and provided designs. - Go through the maker-checker process of design verification for self and other designers. - Visit sites to gather initial measurements and site conditions for design and pre-sales purposes. - Prepare pre-sales design pitch, quotes, and handle customers. - Conduct showroom tours for customers. - Obtain concurrence from the project team on the functional possibilities of design execution. - Coordinate with other internal teams. **Expectations:** - Thorough knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3DS Max, Revit, etc. - Capable of modeling a complete house in 3D and designing the interior space aesthetically and functionally. - Willingness to adapt to new software tools for designing and other purposes. - Good communication and rapport-building skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. **Candidate Requirements:** - Educational Qualification: B.
