Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling:Creating detailed 3D models based on design specifications, blueprints, or conceptual ideas.
• Rendering:Generating high-quality, photorealistic images and animations from 3D models for presentations, marketing materials, or client reviews.
• Collaboration:Working closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand their vision and ensure the visualizations accurately reflect the design intent.
• Material and Texture Application:Applying realistic materials, textures, and lighting to 3D models to enhance visual appeal and accuracy.
• Presentation Preparation:Creating presentations, visual materials, and storyboards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of the latest 3D modeling and rendering software, techniques, and design trends.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D Modeling Software: Expertise in software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or similar tools.
• Rendering Proficiency: Knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or others used to create realistic visuals.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and realism in the visualizations.
• Creativity and Artistic Ability: A strong sense of design principles, composition, and aesthetics.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with project teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
