About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about interior design and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Answer customer inquiries and address concerns promptly and effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Sales:

• Actively promote and sell our range of interior products and services.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare accurate sales orders and process payments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing.

Showroom Management:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Ensure that product displays are well-stocked and attractive.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Administrative Tasks:

• Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately and timely.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.

Working Hours:

Current: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Future: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Work Schedule:

Sunday Working: Required

Week Off: One Sunday off per month, with weekdays off as compensation.
