Join us on our mission if you are an Architect/Designer who has: Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation & construction administration Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking Exposure to management and coordination of project stakeholders, local authorities and approving bodies, and sub-consultants Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project Experience using Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Vray, and Adobe Suite Appetite to create speedy workflows using and integrating AI tools and knowledge Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines The ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from managers/seniors Great interpersonal and communication skills A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working Required skills and experience: Professional qualification as an Architect or an equivalent overseas qualification 6 months plus post qualification experience as an Architect/Designer 0-1 years of professional work experience Proficiency with Rhino is preferred Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English/Hindi - spoken and written AI experience is a plus This job description reflects the core activities of the role, although there will be changes in the emphasis of duties as required from time to time.
