Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging interior-focused content including Reels, Instagram Stories, static posts, carousels, and before/after transformations.

• Style spaces for shoots using decor, furniture, lighting, and color concepts that align with the brands aesthetic.

• Film and edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram (trending audio, transitions, storytelling formats).

• Develop a consistent posting schedule and maintain a cohesive feed and visual identity.

• Research and incorporate design trends, mood boards, color palettes, and shopping links.

• Use Instagram analytics to track performance and refine content strategy.

• Write captions that are informative, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.

• Collaborate with brands, interior designers, decor stores, and photographers for sponsored content.

• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, polls, and Q&As.

Required Skills

• Strong eye for interior styling, composition, and aesthetic direction.

• Hands-on experience with Reels editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).

• Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and growth strategies.

• Photography and videography skills tailored for social-first content.

• Ability to create cohesive, on-brand visual layouts and color stories.

• Excellent storytelling skills especially in short-form video.

• Basic knowledge of lighting setup, framing, and decor placement.
