Interior CAD Drafter

As an Interior Draughtsperson with 2 to 3 years of professional experience, you will play a crucial role in creating precise architectural and interior drawings to support project execution. Working closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers, you will transform design concepts into comprehensive, construction-ready documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts using AutoCAD or similar software. - Assist in space planning, furniture layout development, and material specification processes. - Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and updates. - Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes and local building regulations. - Maintain organized project files throughout all design phases. - Incorporate revisions and feedback accurately from the team and clients. - Participate in site visits for measurements, supervision, or design validation. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior drafting. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of drafting principles and interior detailing. - Familiarity with materials, finishes, and joinery details used in interior construction. - Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings effectively. - Excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, keen attention to detail, and technical accuracy in drawings. Preferred (Optional) Skills: - Working knowledge of design and rendering tools like Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape. - Experience with Revit, BIM workflows, or similar software is an advantage. - Background in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
