Interior Architect

You will be taking on a full-time, on-site role as an Interior Architect based in Kolkata. Your primary responsibilities will include designing interior spaces, creating architectural interior designs, and supervising interior fit-out projects. Your daily tasks will involve space planning, developing detailed design plans, generating 3D models, and working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of designs. As part of this role, you will be in charge of managing project timelines, budgets, and guaranteeing that the final results align with client expectations. To excel in this position, you should possess skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, along with a strong background in Architecture and Interior Architecture. Previous experience with Interior Fit-out projects is preferred. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Additionally, you must have excellent project management abilities, effective communication skills, and a knack for collaboration. Familiarity with building codes, standards, and materials is also necessary for this role.,
