Interface Executive US Healthcare

As a Support Specialist in the healthcare industry, your primary responsibility will be to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to physicians and clinical staff in the US. You will be tasked with analyzing and processing requests through various channels such as e-mail, support tickets, and inbound calls. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely resolution of problems in both standard and unusual situations, including errors on the EMR application. In addition to handling support requests, you will be expected to attend web meetings with vendors and customers during morning US timings to gain insights into their requirements. Collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to obtain resolutions promptly and provide a seamless support experience. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on knowledge of SQL and Linux, as well as an understanding of SFTP, VPN, Webservices, and JSON. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with US clients and vendors. Your problem-solving and analytical abilities will be put to the test, along with your familiarity with Laboratory and Radiology workflow and interfaces. Having additional knowledge of CCD, APIs, HL7, FHIR, SOAP UI, Postman testing, and working experience in client services within the US Healthcare Industry will be advantageous. A background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of technical experience, is required for this position. The ability to work in rotational US shifts and the flexibility to operate from Mumbai (WFH/Remote) are essential aspects of this role.,
