You will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and maintaining client relationships, as well as managing the direct sales team to meet and exceed expectations. As a Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline, you will be accountable for the P&L and Portfolio growth of the Business for the Region. This includes monitoring interest income, cost of fund, fee income charged upfront and through syndication, down selling, cross sell, and insurance. You will also be required to track the Total Value of Outstanding Loans in both Auto & Non-Auto sectors and ensure the health of the portfolio by managing provisioning for customers, overdue control, and customer connect activities. Your role will involve focusing on Customer Acquisition metrics such as the Number of new customers added and the Number of products per customer. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the Customer Satisfaction Score and managing Corporate tie-ups to drive book, NII, and FEE through new corporate partnerships entered through Large, Mid & Govt. Business segments. Furthermore, you will need to oversee Documentation & Audit processes by monitoring PDD Outstanding % and TAT to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations.,

Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries & requests on various topics across investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets. Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting. Complete operational tasks such as account set up, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation. Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as a Clearwater user. Validate investment data against available third-party market data sources and show proficiency in proprietary internal tools for reconciling investment transactions. Effectively navigates through knowledge base and documentation, using internal tools and resources to proactively solve client queries and problems. Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics; organizing your day to prioritize high importance or critical work. Take on a variety of team and client related, long-term projects that may involve collaboration with other internal teams. Deal with some of the more complex client queries. Assist in training, developing, and coaching more junior staff members, and conduct oversight on their work. Required Skills: Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts. Familiarity with the core offering of Accounting, Compliance, Risk, and Performance reports. Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments; a basic knowledge of alternative security types preferred. Prior experience in finance and/or accounting. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Income details preparation for GST return on monthly basis. GST Income Vs Income as per Books reconciliation. Cross charges intra group company, ensure calculation as per the agreement. Monthly Payroll (including full and final settlement) verification (input and checking) and payment (post necessary approval). Maintenance of fixed assets register as per rules and regulation and sharing relevant details as and when required. Ensure repayment control of borrowing (interest calculation and repayment Schedule) Bank transaction- verification and controls including bank reconciliations. Assistance in RBI returns. Assistance and sharing required details during audits (statutory, tax and internal audits) and MIS/information as and when required by the management. Minimum Qualifications: Post graduate or MBA in Finance or CA - Semi Qualified Good communication and Ms-excel skills Skills and experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Proficient in MS-Excel and Power point Prior experience of working within NBFC
