Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Participate in code blue responses, rapid response team activations, and other critical incidents.
