Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intensive Care Nurse based in Ranchi. The Intensive Care Nurse will be responsible for providing critical care to patients, closely monitoring their conditions, and managing emergencies as necessary. Responsibilities include administering medications, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and execute care plans, and ensuring patient safety and comfort through proper treatment. The role requires adherence to hospital protocols and the ability to manage high-stress, fast-paced environments with professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, and delivering advanced patient care
• Skills in Emergency Nursing and managing acute medical conditions
• Experience with Critical Care Medicine and administering medical treatments
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine as it relates to patient care and treatment planning
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to perform under pressure
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing or a related field, with relevant certifications
• Previous experience in ICU or critical care settings is highly desirable
