As a member of M&G Global Services Private Limited, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Involved in end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. - Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. - Design and develop automation solutions using MCP, Python, TypeScript, and Azure AI services, ensuring integration with enterprise systems and data platforms. - Establish and enforce best practices in AI development, focusing on code quality, reusability, security, and compliance with governance standards. - Mentor junior developers and promote the adoption of AI technologies and methodologies. - Adhere to project timelines to ensure alignment with project objectives and benefit realization. - Conduct code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and technical workshops to enhance team capabilities and promote knowledge sharing. - Maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and support guides. - Engage with external partners, vendors, and industry forums to incorporate best practices and market intelligence. Your knowledge and skills should include: - Strong foundation in software development, with experience in Python, TypeScript, and cloud-native architectures, especially Azure. - Ability to understand foundational infrastructure for agent orchestration, deployment, and monitoring. - Expertise in designing and integrating APIs for agent interaction with internal and external systems. - Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic design principles, including multi-capability prompting and autonomous decision-making. - Experience integrating AI/ML models into agentic workflows, leveraging Azure AI services and open-source AI frameworks. - Familiarity with BPMN-based process modeling, execution, and monitoring for process orchestration. - Understanding of responsible AI (RAI) principles, compliance, and risk management in enterprise environments. - Capability to design solutions that comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, particularly in financial services. - Willingness to adopt and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and vendor-agnostic solutions. - Effective communication skills for collaboration with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams, along with the ability to document technical solutions and provide training/support to end users. You should possess: - 8+ years of experience in software development, with a recent focus of at least 2 years on agentic AI or AI solutions delivery. - Proven track record of delivering end-to-end agentic AI projects using MCP, Python, and Azure AI components in complex, matrixed environments. - Demonstrated experience integrating automation solutions with AI/ML models and cloud services. - Exposure to regulated environments with a strong emphasis on security and compliance. - Experience engaging with external vendors, consultants, and industry forums.,
