Role : Integrations & Backend Engineer

Key Technologies: Node.js, Firestore, 3rd Party API Integrations

Experience Required: 5+ years

Food industry knowledge is mandatory.

What You’ll Do:

* Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations with 3rd party platforms (think: Shopify, Amazon, QuickBooks etc.)

* Architect and optimise Firestore databases, developing robust REST APIs in Node.js

* Build scalable APIs to support both frontend systems and third-party integrations

* Implement webhook handlers, background sync jobs, and reusable connectors

* Monitor and troubleshoot integration pipelines with structured logging and error handling

What We’re Looking For:

* Deep expertise in Node.js and Firestore, with hands-on experience in third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify)

* Proven ability to read and implement complex API docs and auth flows (OAuth2, tokens, etc.)

* Experience designing and maintaining high-performance backend systems

* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Experience with Google Cloud Functions is a bonus
