Role Overview: As an Integration and Customization Engineer I at Exotel, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients and internal teams to create and implement robust solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. Your role will primarily involve developing web applications, IVR systems, reports, and customizing existing features. Additionally, you will work on integrating APIs and third-party applications or CRMs to ensure smooth functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, and React.JS. - Manage API integrations utilizing JSON, XML, and SOAP. - Ensure smooth deployments across cloud and on-premise environments. - Address and resolve customer tickets with a problem-solving approach. - Maintain clear communication and empathy while providing timely support and deployment.
