About the Role

Landmark Group is looking for a seasoned Integration Architect with proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide integration solutions, specifically within the retail domain. The role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless connectivity across diverse applications, platforms, and databases to support Landmark's evolving omnichannel retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and govern scalable integration architectures that align with enterprise and retail business objectives.

Translate business and functional requirements into secure, high-performing integration solutions.

Drive integration strategies for retail systems including ERP, POS, e-commerce, CRM, supply chain, and customer experience platforms.

Architect solutions leveraging APIs, microservices, middleware, and cloud-native technologies.

Establish and enforce integration standards, frameworks, and best practices across the enterprise.

Evaluate and recommend integration platforms/tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, Informatica, etc.) aligned to retail needs.

Collaborate with enterprise architects, delivery teams, and retail business stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Troubleshoot and optimize integration layers for performance, scalability, and reliability in a high-volume retail environment.

Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams on integration methodologies and practices.

Key Requirements

Proven IT experience, with at least 5 years in integration architecture roles.

Mandatory experience in the retail sector, with strong understanding of retail processes (store operations, merchandising, supply chain, e-commerce, loyalty, and customer engagement).

Expertise in enterprise integration technologies, APIs, ESB, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Strong knowledge of retail system integrations (ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce platforms).

Hands-on experience with cloud-based integration (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skill
