Integration Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern enterprise-grade integrations on

  ServiceNow

  .
• Manage and optimize a

  large integration ecosystem (40+ integrations)

  .
• Analyze integration performance, response times, and throughput.
• Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and proactive issue prevention.
• Establish and enforce

  platform integration governance standards

  .
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative BT-style environment.
• Support incident analysis, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide architectural guidance while remaining hands-on when required.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and observability of integrations.
• Contribute to future-ready initiatives including

  AIOps / GAIA

  where applicable.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong

  ServiceNow integration experience

  (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).
• Proven experience handling

  40+ integrations

  in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in

  performance optimization & monitoring

  .
• Strong analytical skills for response time analysis and tuning.
• Hands-on + architectural experience (not just design-level).
• Platform governance and integration standards experience.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• GAIA / AIOps exposure.
• Experience in large telecom / enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of observability tools and integration monitoring frameworks.
