Job description We are hiring an Manager Corporate Sales and Client Acquisition to lead our prospecting strategy and accelerate pipeline growth for Background Screening Business globally. You'll work and design data-driven campaigns, optimize outreach processes, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to convert leads into revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Omni channel lead-generation strategies (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, events, etc.) for global market- India, US, Philippines, UAE Identify high-potential corporates /verticals and create targeted account plans. Connect with CXO and senior level profiles Design A/B-tested email sequences, cold-calling scripts, and LinkedIn outreach. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives. Present monthly/quarterly performance reports to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business/Marketing 4+ years in Corporate Sales and client acquisition, preferably selling HR solution or selling product or services to HR Hands-on experience with lead generation tools Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.

As an Account Manager , youll be at the center of two engines — a high-performing delivery team (30– 40 people) and a set of high-trust client relationships. You’ll be responsible for making sure that work gets done, people stay motivated, and clients stay happy — every single day. You’ll take complete ownership of daily delivery , people performance , and client coordination in our BGV operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and knows how to lead with both empathy and structure. What You’ll Be Doing Team Leadership & Delivery Manage and mentor a team of 30–40 BGV professionals Ensure daily SLAs, turnaround times (TATs), and quality benchmarks are consistently met Resolve operational issues, allocate resources effectively, and keep delivery running like clockwork Create a culture of ownership, performance, and learning Client Ownership & Relationship Management Act as the single point of contact for key accounts Conduct regular review calls, share progress updates, and build lasting trust with clients Proactively resolve escalations and client-side blockers Translate client needs into clear actions for your team Process & Business Enablement Identify inefficiencies, repeat issues, or blockers — and fix them with support from HR/Ops/QA Contribute to client growth by spotting upsell or cross-sell opportunities Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve formats, reports, and delivery structure What We’re Looking For 3–7 years of relevant experience in BGV, client operations, or service delivery Proven experience managing large teams (20+ members) and direct client interactions Excellent communication and escalation management skills Strong Excel/Google Sheets + reporting dashboard know-how Highly organized, process-driven, and collaborative Experience with background verification, KYC, or staffing domains is a strong advantage Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
