Role Overview

Guidewire InsuranceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure
InsuranceNow
modules (Policy, Billing, Claims).
Implement business rules, workflows, product models, and UI enhancements.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Integrate external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
.
Participate in
unit testing
, code reviews, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
Support UAT and provide documentation and technical training when needed.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in software development with at least
2+ years on InsuranceNow
.
Hands-on experience with
InsuranceNow configuration, rules, data model, and UI
.
Strong command over
JavaScript
,
JSON
, and
RESTful web services
.
Experience with
SQL Server/PostgreSQL
and writing complex queries.
Exposure to
Agile methodologies
and tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
