We specialize in digital transformation within the P&C insurance domain. Role Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Guidewire InsuranceNow Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and integrating InsuranceNow modules to support digital insurance operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure InsuranceNow modules (Policy, Billing, Claims). Implement business rules, workflows, product models, and UI enhancements. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions. Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs . Participate in unit testing , code reviews, and production deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance concerns. Support UAT and provide documentation and technical training when needed. Required Skills 4+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years on InsuranceNow . Hands-on experience with InsuranceNow configuration, rules, data model, and UI . Strong command over JavaScript , JSON , and RESTful web services . Experience with SQL Server/PostgreSQL and writing complex queries. Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins. Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with InsuranceNow upgrades or cloud migration . Exposure to US P&C Insurance domain. Experience with reporting tools like JasperReports or Power BI . Why Join Us?
