As an Insurance Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote insurance products. - Explaining policy coverage, benefits, terms, and conditions in a clear and customer-friendly manner. - Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable insurance plans. - Handling queries, objections, and following up to close enrollments. - Maintaining accurate call logs and customer records in CRM. - Meeting monthly sales targets and quality metrics. - Staying up-to-date on product features and industry regulations. Qualifications Required: - Education: BBA/BBM with specialization in Business. - Skills: Proficiency in MIS Reporting and Sales. - Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance sales. - Highest qualification mark: 13%. - Passout Year: 2018-2024.
