Job Title: Senior Area Manager – Insurance Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Area Manager to lead sales operations in Barpeta. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance sales with good leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and team members.
• Ensure smooth operations and regular performance tracking.
• Work towards increasing sales productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales & BFSI.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
