Insurance Sales - Motor & Mediclaim

Role Overview: You will meet Jewellery Shop owners to sell them Mediclaim and Motor Insurance. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of CROs executives to achieve sales and revenue targets. Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with Clients/jewellers will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the unique needs and risk concerns of jewellers and recommend suitable insurance solutions. - Support clients in claim settlement and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with insurance companies for competitive quotes, customized group mediclaim policies, and smooth policy issuance.
