Role & responsibilities

Core responsibilities (for agents and specialists)

Sales and client acquisition:

Identify and prospect for new clients through methods like networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Needs analysis:

Conduct detailed assessments to understand a client's financial situation, goals, and insurance needs.
Policy recommendation:

Advise clients and recommend life insurance policies, explaining features, benefits, and coverage options.
Application and processing:

Assist clients in completing and submitting applications accurately and manage the process through to policy issuance.
Client service and relationship management:

Maintain relationships with existing clients, provide ongoing support, and assist with claims or policy changes.
Administrative tasks:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in a CRM system.
