Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Insurance Sales Agent. The primary responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, promoting and selling various insurance plans, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves guiding customers on insurance products and assisting with claims processes while meeting sales targets and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales and Sales-related activities
• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage principles
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in using technology and sales tools
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
