Designation: Assistant Direct Sales Manager
Job Description:
To generate new leads from reference and self-sourcing, and to convert leads (both self-generated andcompany provided) to source maximum policies to achieve given targets.
Achieve GWP targets–
o Plan field activities to broaden the funnel of leads.
o Build a pipeline of leads through reference and activities to ensure available bucket of prospects
to approach for sales.
o Take customer appointments to understand their needs and pitch suitable products to maximize
customer value and thereby generate revenue to achieve / exceed given targets Distributor.
Adherence to Sales process –
o Maintain lead tracker and sales tracker - update calls and visits along with the status (hot/cold) as
per defined sales process.
o Ensure records are accurately captured and updated.
o Use of digital tools like Digital Sales application to achieve the organization objective of maximum
digitization and high customer ease. Building customer experience–
o Build product awareness.
o Decode customer requirement, pain points and opportunity areas.
o Ensure periodic follow ups.
o Providing need-based solutions to customers to meet their requirement.
Compliance–
o To be compliant to Company and other regulatory guidelines
Eligibility
: Minimum Graduation
: Age Upto 30 years and below

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
