Insurance Sales Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling insurance products, building long-term client relationships, and providing professional guidance to ensure customers choose the best coverage for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, general, or other).
• Explain policy details, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and terms clearly to customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely renewals and cross-selling additional policies.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide after-sales support, assist with claims, and resolve customer queries.
• Keep updated with industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales (insurance/financial services experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
