Key Responsibilities

• Insurance Renewal Management:

Identify vehicles due for insurance renewal within 30/60/90 days and proactively follow up with customers.

• Policy Comparison & Recommendations:

Explain and compare policy options (Own Damage, Third-Party, Zero Depreciation, Comprehensive) and suggest the best fit for customers.

• Customer Communication & Follow-up:

Make outbound calls, remind customers about upcoming renewals, and ensure timely policy renewal.

• Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of insurance renewals, calls, and customer interactions in CRM/DMS systems.

• Coordination with Insurance Providers:

Liaise with insurance companies for smooth renewals and resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare daily and weekly reports on renewal status, conversions, and achievements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales or renewals (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle insurance policies
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
