Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Professional located in Chhattisgarh, India. As an Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, handling insurance brokerage tasks, providing financial advice related to insurance, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include policy administration, claim processing, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work diligently and responsibly in an on-site environment
• Experience in health insurance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration or related field
