Insurance Operations Associate

Role Overview: As an Insurance Operations Associate at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to support underwriters in the process of generating Quotes and Proposals by completing pre-underwriting work. You will also play a crucial role in assisting underwriters in assessing whether clients meet the qualifications for insurance policies, products, or other financial services. This will involve tasks such as handling new and renewal accounts, conducting risk assessments, analyzing loss runs and loss ratings, as well as aiding in the calculation of rates and premiums. Key Responsibilities: - Complete pre-underwriting work to aid underwriters in generating Quotes and Proposals - Assist underwriters in evaluating client eligibility for insurance policies and financial services - Handle tasks related to new and renewal accounts, risk assessments, loss runs, and loss ratings - Aid underwriters in computing rates and premiums effectively Qualifications Required: - Adaptable and flexible mindset - Ability to perform well under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills - Team player with excellent collaborative abilities - Prioritization skills to manage workload efficiently - Capability to build strong client relationships - Proficient in dispute resolution - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders - Deadline-oriented with a focus on meeting timelines Additional Details: In this role, you will be expected to address routine problems based on established guidelines and precedents.
