As a Guidewire Policy Center Support with 6 to 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting applications, managing deployments, conducting testing, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Guidewire Policy Center Support and Maintenance with 6-8 years of experience - Must be willing to work in shifts (Rotational Shift India Shift, UK Shift) and On Call Support on a rostered rotational basis - Proficient in maintaining and supporting applications, enhancements, conducting testing, managing deployments, performing root cause analysis & defect fixes - Manage the Guidewire Configuration and implement Guidewire product suite - Deep understanding of Guidewire framework Policy Centre, implementation, architecture, and components - Must have Guidewire Policy Center 9.0 version + technical/functional/cloud certification - Well versed in development streams - Configuration/Integration/Both - Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model) - Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE like web services, API integration - Experience in production support activities like queue management, plug-in related issues, batch file generations - Familiarity with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-UI, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins - Understanding of service management and change management activities, SLAs, and estimator tools - Exposure to working in shifts and on-call support - Experience in incident management and problem management - Knowledge of SDLC life cycle, release planning, and management - Strong in SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System - Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - Familiarity with Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 6-8 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center Support - Guidewire Policy Center 9.0 version + technical/functional/cloud certification - Strong knowledge and experience in Java/J2EE, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and Enterprise Messaging System Additional Company Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network that offers fulfilling career opportunities across various disciplines.
