Insurance-Guidewire CC Config-Manager

As a Guidewire Claim Centre Support and Maintenance Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in managing support projects and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Guidewire Claim Center Support and Maintenance projects with a minimum of 9+ years of experience - Being flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift India Shift, UK Shift) and provide On Call Support on a rostered rotational basis - Proficiently maintaining and supporting Guidewire applications, conducting testing, managing deployments, and managing the Guidewire CC Configuration and Integration - Managing key SLAs and KPIs for project success To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Deep understanding of Guidewire framework, implementation, architecture, and components - Experience in GuideWire ClaimCenter 9.0 version or above - Proficiency in Configuration, Integration, and Development in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model) - Implementation of Rules (including UI Validation) using GOSU scripting - Strong knowledge in Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - Familiarity with SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System - Strong knowledge and experience in Tomcat and/or Websphere/WebLogic - Real-time experience in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain - Prior client-facing experience and excellent business communication and leadership skills - Experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins - Understanding of service management and change management activities, SLAs, and estimator tools - Experience in incident management and problem management To qualify for this role, you must have expertise in: - Guidewire CC Config - Gosu Scripting, UI & Data Models - Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System - Tomcat and/or Websphere/WebLogic Certifications that are considered a plus include: - Guidewire CC - ITIL certification Additionally, working at EY Global Delivery Services offers you a dynamic and truly global delivery network with fulfilling career opportunities.
