Job Title: Insurance Field Executive
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Insurance Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining insurance products, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires good communication skills, field activity, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for insurance products
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities
• Explain insurance policies, benefits, and premium details to clients
• Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans as per their needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for documentation and renewals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Submit daily/weekly field reports to the manager

Requirements:

• Age up to 35 years (maximum)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales or field sales
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork
• Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage
• Tow Wheeler Mandatory

Qualification:

• Minimum Graduate preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
