Job Summary We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive insurance sales through direct customer engagement, lead generation, and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for promoting various insurance products, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking. Meet clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct presentations and explain policy benefits to potential customers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure renewals and cross-selling opportunities. Coordinate with the sales team and branch office for smooth policy processing and claim settlements. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or internal systems regularly. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and regulatory changes. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Minimum Graduate preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector .
