Insurance Executive (Entry Level)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Executive to join our team at an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of insurance processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing insurance policies, claims, and renewals
• Manage and update insurance records and databases
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and formatting)
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and other team members to provide updates and resolve queries
• Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
• Provide support to senior team members in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic level, including data entry and simple BASIC formulas)
• Basic English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry
• Previous experience or internship in insurance (optional, but a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
