Insurance Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Record Maintenance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including expenses, payments, and receipts.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing for financial transactions to meet compliance requirements.

2. Invoicing and Payments

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients for services rendered.

• Process payments to vendors and reconcile accounts as needed.

3. Banking Operations

• Handle day-to-day banking activities, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account updates.

• Coordinate with banks to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

4. Financial Coordination

• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries for management review.

• Support the finance team in budget tracking and cash flow management.

5. Compliance and Support

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

• Assist auditors and senior finance personnel with data and documentation during audits.

• Any other work that the company feels you are fit to execute.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in an accounting or finance-related role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹20,100.00 per month
